We are a business owned by a small Sydney chartered accountancy firm, that makes
available to its tax and accounting clients, complete access to our bookkeeper &
resources database.
Clients are able to search from our list of book-keepers that might be
available in their local area. They can search by post code, experience,
accounts function or by resource availability. You can even add a
job listing on our web site and our bookkeepers will submit an application to
you. Once you identify a desired resource with availability, you can
send them an email to discuss your detailed job requirements and agree terms to
start the job.
Not a client of the firm, now even thats not a problem
If you are not a client of the firm, dont worry you can still use our resource
database. We have had so many requests that we now make access available
for an administration fee of $200 per client account. Even better, the
full $200 will be credited back to you against your year end tax returns fees
should you remain a tax client of the firm, so as a client it costs you nothing
to search & engage from our book-keeper database service.
Our Resources Database
Our database of bookkeepers is kept fresh!
Our database is continually is kept fresh. Book-keepers seeking part-time or
casual assignments are required to update or refresh their profile at least
every month. Profiles that are not updated with-in the last month are
automatically deleted.
Search, select & negotiate terms directly
As an accounting or tax client of the firm, you are given direct access to our
resource database. You are able to search and make direct contact any
listed book-keeper that suits your requirements. You contact them
directly and negotiate your own assignment terms, fees and other arrangements..
Alternately, should you not wish to engage and manage them directly, we will
negotiate and engage them on your behalf and for a simple daily rate, will
ensure all payroll, taxes, superannuation, and other statutory obligations &
minimum wages are fully satisfied.
