In "my own bookkeeper" solution, you select, engage and manage your own bookkeeper from our extensive resource database.  The bookkeepers listed are those who are actively seeking new engagements.  We keep our list fresh by requiring the bookkeepers to update their profile & availability at least every month.

You search our database and select your choice by either resource location, hourly rate or previous experience in an accounting industry, accounts function or accounts package. 

Key Points:

• you provide the location, computer,  software, updates and back-up & virus protection

• you negotiate the work assignment, time & fees directly with the bookkeeper

• you manage the results and quality of input

• you pay the bookkeeper, arrange superannuation, workers compensation, deduct any tax

• we simply provide the resource contact details, the rest is up to you.

if you choose, we can even contract them to you and take care of their the payroll and administration.
